  • Client: Bayer CropScience U.S.
  • Objective: Make Bayer CropScience a social media leader in the industry, create marketing campaigns for growth and awareness,  develop meaningful relationships with influencers/customers, and make social media part of the internal culture, launch and manage thought leadership hub website
  • My duties: Primary client contact, day-to-day social media community management, strategy, content development, website development and maintenance, advertising, design management, account management
  • Success: Grew Twitter account by 225% in 1 year, launched a Pinterest page with 600+ pins in 1 month, presented Social Media 101 at corporate offices, developed external social media awareness campaign and presented to agribusinesses at major industry trade show, managed over 500 tweets per month and content calendar to provide coverage for all departments and initiatives, and became a trusted advisor to the client.

  • Objective: Provide recommendations for credit integration and promotions and develop social media campaigns to increase acquisitions and retention of partner cardholders
  • My duties: Primary client contact, manage creative development, plan promotions and recommendations, monitor competitor activity, account management
  • Success: Managed development of over 300 mock-ups to improve credit integration on partner websites and provided countless recommendations for improved user experience and site merchandising

  • Client: Readers Digest and ReadersDigestStore.com
  • Objective: Develop email marketing campaigns to increase sales of books and music products to database of over 7 million consumers; Manage eCommerce website including inventory, merchandising, and marketing efforts
  • My duties: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, manage deployment of emails, analyze results and optimize campaigns. Manage online store, maintain inventory and site merchandising of 1,000+ products, select products and campaigns for email marketing support
  • Success: Coordinated move to new eCommerce platform and successfully set up 1,000+ products on new platform in less than 2 months, learned email deployment tools and analytics tools quickly to take over responsibilities after a coworker left, and was responsible for deploying emails to 4 million+ consumers per week.

  • Client: TomTom Automotive http://automotive.tomtom.com/
  • Objective: Manage development of webinars to educate automotive partners and potential partners about infotainment and position TomTom as a trusted expert and innovator in the field of in-dash, mobile, and personal navigation systems.
  • My duties: Create presentations and marketing materials for three webinars, manage online advertising and website merchandising to support the initiative, assist with updates to TomTom Automotive website. Polishing and development of countless international presentations. Manage creation of animated graphics and illustrations.
  • Success: Hundreds of influencers and industry experts attendees the webinars

  • Objective: Update Investor Relations section on corporate website, develop sustainability infographic, assist with social media campaigns (Facebook and Twitter) and provide strategic recommendations for social media growth and engagement.
  • My duties: Manage updates to Investor Relations portion of AGCO’s website including redesign, development, and move to new hosting environment on a tight deadline.  Coordinate development of infographic to illustrate AGCO’s sustainability efforts internally and externally. Assist with social media campaigns and community management.
  • Success: Launched Investor Relations site on time with seamless collaboration with external developers and hosting team.  Facilitated design of excellent infographic for use in annual sustainability report. Maintained excellent relations.

  • Objective: Create a compelling, factual website to woo potential renters
  • My duties: Research and draft web copy, manage edits and graphic design, advertising
  • Success: This website won a 2007 “Big W” award from the Advertising Club of Westchester, all apartments were filled within a short period of time due to online marketing efforts (I also created Craigslist ads, a MySpace page, and handled limited media buying)

  • My duties: Research and draft website copy, manage edits and graphic design, website updates
  • Success: Client satisfaction, site completed prior to book release, sales are unknown

  • Objective: Design an informational blog that maintains brand identity and raises public awareness of Eco-Bags and eco-friendly practices, create campaigns to improve sales and media coverage
  • My duties: Design blog, write all content, update regularly, upload contest information and submissions as necessary
  • Success: Excellent site traffic, numerous subscribers, increased awareness of brand

The Bark Park

  • Client: The Bark Park (Doggie Day Care center in Mount Kisco, NY)
  • Objective: Raise awareness with a fundraising on-site event on a tight budget and a short timeline
  • My Duties: Event planning, coordination and management, press outreach and follow-up, sponsorship procurement, online advertising
  • Success: Press coverage in The Journal-News, Northern Westchester Express, Westchester 1 and CBS 880 Radio, fantastic attendance, resulted in many new customers and increased community awareness
